Report: Which Financial Services brands are leading the way on social?

Today, we’re excited to share our 2020 State of Social Report for the Australian Financial Services industry.

Working with an independent panel of industry experts, we analysed 38 of Australia’s leading Financial Services brands across Banking, Insurance, Superannuation and Credit to identify key trends and best practices in the industry.

Throughout 2020, Financial Services brands have had to rapidly adapt in response to the impact of COVID-19 on all aspects of their business. This once-in-a-century event has thrown any sense of ‘normal’ out the window, as we all come to understand the interim and long-term impacts. We see this time as a unique opportunity to look back and take the temperature of how Australian Financial Services brands were tracking with their approach to social media.

Through examining the strategies and tactics employed by the nation’s leading brands, we identified best practices that can be adopted and implemented by brands as they seek to build new social strategies in-response to COVID-19 and beyond.
